On July 18, Luminary - a group with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate sector in China - visited and surveyed the investment environment in Tay Ninh province, Vietnam. This enterprise expressed its desire to invest in developing smart urban areas, ecological and industrial zones in Tay Ninh.

Smart urban development is one of Tay Ninh's strategic orientations, along with high-tech industry, modern logistics, circular economy and green economy.

Before Luminary, another giant, YCH from Singapore, also signed a memorandum of understanding with the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province. The production line and technologies also contribute to improving the quality of human resources, promoting digital transformation, transferring skills and technology.

In addition to the above enterprises, since the beginning of 2025, Tay Ninh province has organized many working delegations to promote investment and cooperation in Japan and China, receiving and working with many agencies, organizations, corporations and foreign investors.
